Muscle is what lets you lift Karens faster. The experience description names two repeatable sources: lifting weights, and opening chests to roll rare weights, which gain even more Muscle. Auras are sold to lift weights faster. Paid products add multipliers or a direct Muscle grant. No Muscle-per-lift rate is published, so every faster claim below follows the wording of those sources, not a measured timer.
What actually raises Muscle
- Lift weights. This is the base loop, with no stated prerequisite and no separate claim step.
- Open chests and roll rare weights. This is stated to gain even more Muscle than ordinary lifting.
- Read a paid multiplier only as a boost to that loop. 4X Muscle is the largest named multiplier in the visible dev-product list.
Progress shows up as faster Karen lifts. There is no documented stat panel, so lift speed is the practical check until a readout is published.
Four methods, in acquisition order
Nothing in the description states a level gate for these methods. Some of them may still be locked until you progress. That lock is not documented.
- Start lifting. Every other method speeds this loop up or adds to it.
- Open chests. Equip a rarer result when you get one. The weight list and the missing odds are covered in weights and rolls.
- Buy an Aura for the documented lift-speed increase. Aura names, prices, and whether they stack with Muscle multipliers are not published.
- If you spend Robux on Muscle, compare the named products before you buy. Duration is the catch.

Only V.I.P Roll carries the permanent label. The duration of 1.5X, 2X, and 4X Muscle is not documented, and nothing says they stack with Auras. V.I.P Roll is not documented as a weight-odds changer. Treat the multipliers as boosts to check in the live store, not as permanent upgrades.
Why gains feel slow
- You are still on an ordinary weight while a rarer roll is available.
- You bought Speed and expected Muscle. Speed is travel only.
- You skipped Auras, which are the stated way to lift weights faster.
- You treated a multiplier as permanent because the larger number looked like an upgrade.
- You are waiting for a published rate. None exists, so compare Karen lift speed before and after the change.
